This apartment complex is great! i've been living here since the beginning of 2019 and can honestly say i'm impressed! The rent for what you get is reasonable and they have been doing a lot of renovations, which is nice to see. The area it's located in has a nice setting, as well as there is a park close by if you enjoy taking a morning walk. The apartments inside are cleaned and prepped for its next tenants as well as the response time for any work orders are handled in a timely fashion. Haven't had any issues with bedbugs, roaches, or any bugs for that matter (minus the occasional ant or gnat)! So if you're in the neighborhood for an apartment, this complex would be a good start!

I have lived here for 2 years the management team is awesome if I have an issue they fix it even in the middle of the night Kasey is very good at trying to solve issues and find a solution to any problem if she can. I will say if you need something ask them they can not fix things they are unaware of. As of January 1st of 2017, Arbor Pointe came under new management. Her name is Vicky and she is an absolute delight to talk to. Her staff is very informative and caring. Her maintenance staff is hardworking and only want the best. Since I am new to apartment life, when my husband and I left one day together, I left my key in the room. I caught one of the maintenance staff and explained how i got locked out. He got the master key and let me back in. What I didn't know was that he was leaving work. He was off and didn't give me a hard time or attitude. That was wonderful. Vicky changed many of the rules that the previous owner did not have. There is a background check for sex offenders, drug offences, and others. Only 3 adults can live in the apartments at any given time. I don't know how many kids. It is fairly quiet and i never see any drama (cop calls, fights, drunkards.) She is planning on doing many renovations, many of which she has already done to empty ones. They spray every 40 days for bugs. They will be filling the swimming pool to turn it into a rec center. I live in a 2 bedroom wood floor apartment. We only pay for electric and internet, the rest is part of the rent. We don't have a dishwasher. The laundry machines are rather small. It would be cheaper to go to the laundromat at this time.

Been living here for almost a year now and the other review on here does no justice. Its reasonably well priced, fairly quiet most of the time and located just outside of downtown. Any further south and it gets a little trashy and the complex located behind the 215 building is a total trap house but I haven't had any direct problems with anyone and all my neighbors in the building are nice enough and keep to themselves.

I am writing to you incredible people of the Acacia to thank you all for the extreme kindness you have shown me and to express my most sincere gratitude. I have appreciated my time here and even more so my interaction with all of the people that help make this premise possible. Please know that I am moved by and grateful for the circumstances surrounding my departure. 

Elisa we don't talk to many people here, but of the tenants that we do talk to, they say nothing but good things about you. I just wanted to let you know that you are thought of very highly. So is Johannie and the maintenance guys.

I just want to say Talina is awesome. I have had a lot of different people running places I have lived and it's like just you organizing everything out here and you're just always on it and helpful. Thanks for everything. 

Just wanted to let you know that Eric responded very quickly to my hysterical call regarding the "rain" falling in my master bathroom last night. He was great with providing a fix and mop up last night. This is one of the many reasons we love living at Boulevard Park.  

I am so grateful and appreciative to the management team at Boulevard Park. They truly live the meaning of "Community" in a way I haven't encountered before. Never has an apartment community helped so far above just moving me in and collecting the rent. 

I moved 2 years ago here the old management wasn't good. But when the new management came in everything was a different they fix the apartment and when you need something they came and fix it. Every one in the office is nice and very helpful.

You guys are all amazing and I love living here. You are always so accommodating and nice to me. I can't imagine how hard the last year has been on you as well and you are always so graceful with me.

I've lived here for 4 years and in that time there has been a few different managers but this past year or so we've had Raquel, and she is wonderful! Maintenance usually is able to get work orders done within 24 hours if it's not a big job. The tenants usually keep to themselves. My biggest thing is that there has never been and I've never seen a bedbug while living here and that is a HUGE plus for me! I have some friendly neighbors and we watch out for one another.
